Planned Service Fee Terms

FaStart does not offer an active public self-serve paid subscription, Seller billing integration or commission-collection flow today. This page explains the terms that must be completed in an executed Seller order form or verified production checkout before any future fee can apply.

Agentic, Core, Flow, Reach, Scale and Enterprise are approved commercial designs, not active recurring subscriptions. No fee, billing interval, tax treatment or commission applies unless the Seller expressly accepts a production order form or checkout that names each FeeComponent and its basis.

No active annual subscription is available today. Any future annual option must be stated in an executed Seller agreement before it applies.

FaStart does not calculate or collect production commissions today. A commission may apply in the future only if an executed Seller order form states the channel, rate, tax treatment, calculation basis and collection method.

No Buyer payment provider or Seller card-billing integration is represented as connected. Future payment and fee responsibilities must be disclosed in the completed transaction and executed Seller terms before collection.

Subscription Fee

No recurring subscription charge is active. If production billing is enabled, the executed Seller terms must state the authorized payment method, amount, taxes, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms.

Commission Billing

No automatic commission calculation, threshold or card collection is active. Any future schedule and threshold must be stated and expressly accepted before it applies.

Payment Method

FaStart does not represent a live Seller card vault or billing provider. If billing is activated later, the executed terms and provider disclosure must identify the authorized method, storage boundary, failure handling and any suspension consequence.

Example 2: Higher-volume own-store sale

• Sale Amount: ₺5,000
• Commission Rate: Hypothetical rate stated in an executed offer
• Commission Fee: Sale amount × hypothetical accepted rate
• Charged From: To be defined in an executed offer

Order Refunds

No automated refund-linked commission adjustment is active. Any future treatment must be stated in the executed Seller terms and follow the completed transaction and provider records.

Subscription Cancellation

There is no active public self-serve subscription to cancel. Before commercial activation, the executed Seller terms must state the cancellation method, effective date, access and retention effects, refunds required by law and treatment of accrued charges.

Any future rate or fee change must follow the executed Seller agreement and applicable law, using a notice channel actually available to the Seller. This page does not represent dashboard billing notices or registered-user email delivery as live.

Turkish law shall apply to the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising under these Service Fee Terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms.

This public fee framework took effect on 11.08.2026. It does not create a fee or bind a Seller unless incorporated into an executed or electronically accepted production agreement.
