Ally does the work. You make the call.

Two shoppers asked if the linen shirt runs small. Add a size note to its page?

Add to the linen shirt's size guide: “Runs small. Between sizes, take the larger one.”

An agent, not a chat window

Ally is the AI agent inside FaStart: it reads your store, notices what needs doing and drafts the work, from a product page to a reorder.

It acts only with your approval, keeps a receipt for each step, and works in English and Turkish.

One agent to talk to, a team behind it.

Ally works on your catalog, your shoppers' questions, your stock and your campaigns. Each job shows where it stands today.

Ally and its team

You talk to Ally. Behind it, Shelf, Flow, Lens, Iris, Vault and Courier will each look after one part of the store: the catalog, campaigns, ads, support, payments and logistics.

RoadmapThe team doesn't work in a store yet; the scenes here are examples.

Ally hands them the work, checks it, and asks you before anything leaves the store.

What Ally may do, and what it never does

The line sits in the same place in every store.

Ally may

  • Read your store

Products, orders, shoppers' questions and the policies you write.

  • Draft the work

    Listings, replies, reorders and campaigns.

  • Propose a fix

With its reason, in plain words.

Ally never

  • Acts without your OK

Nothing is published, sent or said to a customer until you approve it.

  • Spends your money

It changes no price and spends nothing on its own.

  • Approves its own work

Every job waits for a person.

Everything it does leaves a record you can read back.

RoadmapThe record isn't open to merchants yet.
