Effective cookie policy — current deployment scope
FaStart Cookie Policy
This notice describes cookies and measurement code verified in the public marketing application. It does not claim that future storefront, account, checkout or merchant-product cookies are active, and visiting the site is not treated as blanket consent to non-essential tracking.
1. Introduction
The current marketing application uses a locale preference cookie and a signed guest-session cookie for the waitlist endpoint. Optional analytics and advertising code is not loaded by the current marketing build. No production authentication, cart, advertising or retargeting cookie is represented as active.
2. What is a Cookie?
Cookies are small values stored by a browser. In this marketing application, verified cookie uses are limited to:
- Remember the selected language through the NEXT_LOCALE cookie
- Maintain a signed guest_session_id for the waitlist endpoint
- No optional analytics or performance-measurement service is enabled by the current marketing build
- These cookies do not establish a production merchant account, Buyer session, cart or checkout
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary Cookies
- NEXT_LOCALE: language preference, with a one-year browser lifetime
- guest_session_id: signed, HttpOnly waitlist guest session, with a 51-day browser lifetime
- No production authentication, CSRF-session, cart or checkout cookie is claimed by this notice
Performance Cookies
- Optional analytics and Speed Insights are not loaded by the current marketing build
- A Web Vitals reporter is not sending metrics in the current marketing build
- Yandex Metrica is not loaded; a configuration value alone does not authorize optional measurement
- Google Analytics is not verified or enabled in the current marketing application
Functionality Cookies
- Language preference through NEXT_LOCALE
- Waitlist guest state through guest_session_id
- No theme, recently viewed product or production-user preference cookie is verified
Marketing Cookies
- No Google Ads cookie is verified
- No Meta Pixel cookie is verified
- No retargeting or social-media advertising cookie is represented as active
4. Third-Party Cookies
Optional measurement not enabled
- No third-party analytics provider is enabled by the current marketing build
- Any future provider must be documented and consent-gated before activation
- No Google Analytics, Google Ads or reCAPTCHA integration is verified in the marketing application
Social Media
- No Meta/Facebook advertising tracker is verified
- No Instagram cookie integration is verified
Security
- No Cloudflare cookie or security integration is asserted by this notice; hosting-layer behavior must be confirmed in the actual deployment
