What commission does FaStart take?

With your own payment provider, each order in your store pays a platform fee (Core 1.9%, Flow 0.9%, Reach 0.55%); on Scale the target is 0.2%, set in its contract. With FaStart Payments the platform fee is 0%. Orders through the FaStart Product Marketplace pay a commission (Core 8.5%, Flow 6.5%, Reach 4.5%). Orders from outside marketplaces carry no FaStart fee, and an order an AI agent brings pays what any order pays. The price list is public; no phone call is required.

Can I buy a plan today?

Yes: you pick a plan when you open your store to shoppers, at the prices on this page. Accounts aren't open yet.

Is there a trial?

There's no timed trial: you build your whole store before you pay, and pick a plan when you open it to shoppers. Nothing is charged while you set up. Accounts aren't open yet.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes: move up at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period, or move down from your next billing date. Cancel in the dashboard whenever you like, with no fee: your store stays open to the end of the period you paid for, and a yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of payment is refunded in full. Accounts aren't open yet.

Is VAT included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added to your invoice.

Which currency do I pay in?

The one you pick on this page: fixed prices in USD, TRY, EUR, GBP, SAR and AED, not daily exchange rates.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. A year paid at once costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments, and by credit card it can be split into up to 12 instalments; any difference your bank sets is shown before you confirm.

Does my payment provider charge too?

Yes, its own processing fee, set in your contract with it. FaStart's fee is separate and listed above.

What is Founding Merchant status?

Recognition for the first 100 merchants, for 12 months: guided setup, a badge, advice and a first look at new features. It never changes a price.

What do Live, Demo and Roadmap mean?

Live: it works in your store. Demo: it's shown working on sample data. Roadmap: it's planned. Every chip on this page comes from one public register.
