This notice describes the current public marketing-site boundary and a framework for future activated services. Visiting the site does not create a Seller account, Buyer transaction, paid subscription or acceptance of production product terms.

FaStart currently operates an information and early-access site. The KEP, ETBIS and professional-organization details required for commercial e-commerce activity will be published in the relevant contact area before production transactions open.

FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. ('FaStart') is developing SaaS e-commerce infrastructure. A feature is part of a production service only when expressly activated and disclosed to the Seller; demos, roadmap pages and policy templates do not establish a live Buyer-Seller transaction flow.

Functions only where expressly activated and verified:

• Online-store hosting and a sub-domain only if provisioned for the Seller
• Seller administration functions only where enabled in the production product
• Theme and customization functions only where enabled
• Analytics and reporting only where verified for the activated service
• Third-party payment, shipping and marketplace integrations only where expressly activated and verified
• Email and SMS automation only where expressly activated
• Support channels actually published for the relevant service

Services NOT Provided / Assumed by FaStart:

• Does not sell products and is not a party to product sales
• Does not provide payment processing or payment intermediary services
• Does not provide shipping or logistics services
• Does not guarantee product quality, safety or regulatory compliance
• Does not act as agent or representative on behalf of buyers

If production uploads are activated, the completed Seller and Buyer terms must allocate responsibility for product information, images, descriptions, reviews and other user content. No production upload flow is represented as live by this notice.

FaStart's legal classification and content-removal obligations for any future hosting service must be confirmed under the service actually activated and applicable law. This public notice does not itself establish host-provider status for an unavailable flow.

Any future user-content service must require compliance with applicable law and define notice, review and removal procedures before activation.

If Seller listings are activated, the executed Seller terms and Buyer disclosure must identify responsibility for product quality, safety, description accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This public site does not represent product verification, marketplace moderation or a guarantee of future Seller goods as live.

The completed transaction terms must identify the contracting Seller, dispute channel and FaStart's actual role before any Buyer purchase.

No third-party payment provider or POS integration is represented as connected today. If a verified provider is enabled for a Seller in the future, the transaction disclosure and that provider's current terms will identify the payment parties and responsibilities.

Any future provider dispute will be governed by the agreement and disclosure presented when that provider is actually connected. This notice does not itself establish a POS relationship.

FaStart may provide links or redirects to third-party websites through the platform. The presence of such links does not imply that the linked sites are endorsed, supported or supervised by FaStart. FaStart assumes no responsibility for content accessed through external links.

Intellectual property rights to the software code, database, interface design (UI/UX), graphics, logos, theme system and all original content of the FaStart platform belong to FaStart Teknoloji A.Ş. and/or are used by the Company under legally valid licenses.

Any personal-data processing is subject to Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the scope stated in the current KVKK Privacy Notice (/policies/kvkk). This notice is not a certification of product data-storage or security controls.

The applicable privacy notice must identify the purpose, legal basis and recipients before personal data is processed or transferred; no unlisted production-product data flow should be inferred from this page.

The security controls verified for this public marketing app are its configured response headers and the reporting contact published in security.txt. Page-level CSP, encryption at rest, production authentication/session controls, vulnerability scans, merchant RBAC, independent audits and formal certifications are not represented as live.

FaStart may update these Legal Notices & Disclaimers subject to applicable law. Notices will be published through a channel actually available to the affected user; this clause does not represent a Seller Panel or registered-user email workflow as live.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FaStart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FaStart's total liability is limited to service fees, if any, paid by the relevant user under an executed agreement in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This public notice took effect on 11.08.2026. It binds a future Seller or Buyer only to the extent it is expressly incorporated into the relevant production terms and the required acceptance is recorded; it does not itself activate a product flow.
