Getting started
What is FaStart?
The online store platform with an agent built in. You build the store; Ally drafts the routine work and asks before anything goes live.
How do I sign up?
With Start your store, at the top of every page. The start page lists six things worth writing down first. Accounts aren't open yet.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You design the store by choosing a theme and arranging its sections, without code.
Is there a demo I can try?
Open your store and try it with your own products. The shops in this site's pictures are samples. Accounts aren't open yet.
What plans are there?
Core, Flow, Reach and Scale, from $39 a month, with Enterprise arranged for larger businesses. Every price is on the pricing page.
Can I buy a plan today?
Yes: you pick a plan when you open your store to shoppers. Accounts aren't open yet.
Is there a trial?
There's no timed trial: you build your whole store before you pay, and pick a plan when you open it to shoppers. Nothing is charged while you set up. Accounts aren't open yet.
Can I change or cancel a plan later?
Yes: move up at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period, or move down from your next billing date. Cancel in the dashboard whenever you like, with no fee: your store stays open to the end of the period you paid for, and a yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of payment is refunded in full. Accounts aren't open yet.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your store's data for 30 days after your plan ends. After that it's deleted, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. Accounts aren't open yet.
Does FaStart take a commission?
Each plan has a platform fee on orders from your own store; the rates are in the fee table on the pricing page. Orders from outside marketplaces carry no FaStart fee.

How do payments work?

Can I use my own domain?
Yes: connect a domain you own and your store opens there, with the security certificate set up for you. Domains can't be connected yet.
Where can I sell?
In your own store, on marketplaces and through a buy button on other pages, all from one catalog. No marketplace is connected yet.
How do I know what's live?
Every feature shows where it stands, from one register checked in the code. The product page lists them all.
What is Ally?
The agent built into FaStart: it drafts listings, replies and stock moves for your store. It asks you before anything goes live.
What can Ally do for my store?
Write product pages, answer shoppers, watch stock and prepare campaigns, each waiting for your OK. The Ally page shows every job. Ally's suggestions aren't open to merchants yet.
Is my data used to train AI?
No store data reaches Ally today. Before it opens, its privacy notice will say exactly what it uses.
Moving to FaStart
Can I move from another platform?
Yes: bring your products, customers and orders from where you sell today. There's no importer yet; a move is planned with you from export files.
