We're working on defining your own delivery zones and rates, offering in-store or curbside pickup at checkout, delivery time windows, and local courier hand-off. We won't present them as if they already exist. Nationwide dispatch with Turkey's carriers, however, is live today; local delivery aims to complete the in-city and pickup side of that foundation.

We want the buyer to choose in-store or curbside pickup instead of shipping right at checkout, together with a flow that tells them when the order is ready.

We're planning time windows so a buyer can pick a delivery slot such as this evening, while you manage your daily delivery capacity.

We aim to hand city orders off to your own courier or a local courier service in an organized way; for nationwide reach, carrier integration is already at your side.

Frequently asked questions
Is local delivery live right now?
No. Tools built specifically for local delivery and pickup are on the roadmap and not available today. Nationwide shipping with Turkey's carriers, however, is live and you can use it now.
How can I ship orders today?
Shipping is live today: you create a shipment from an order, keep sender and recipient addresses in the address book, and track status from the dashboard. See the Shipping page for details.
Will I be able to set my own delivery fees?
That's the direction we're planning: define zones around your store and set your own fee per zone. This is a concept; we'll announce it plainly when it goes live and won't present it as available before then.
Will in-store pickup be available?
In-store and curbside pickup at checkout are on our roadmap. The goal is for a buyer to choose picking up from the store instead of shipping, and to be notified when the order is ready.
Will local delivery replace carrier integration when it arrives?
No, it complements it. Carrier integration stays for nationwide dispatch; local delivery adds the in-city and pickup side. The two are designed to work together in the same order flow.
