How much do the plans cost?

Basic is ₺2,999, Grow ₺5,999 and Advanced ₺11,999/month + VAT (25% off when billed annually). Scale is custom-quoted. There are no setup fees or hidden charges.

What's the difference between the own-store fee and the marketplace commission?

There are two separate fees: a low platform fee on sales through your own store (Basic 1.5%, Grow 0.75%, Advanced 0–0.25%) and a commission on sales through FaStart Marketplace (Basic 8.9%, Grow 6.9%, Advanced 4.9%). Both drop as your plan grows, and the commission includes VAT.

Why isn't there a free live-store plan?

FaStart isn't a tool for opening free stores for everyone — it's professional infrastructure for serious sellers. Instead of a free live store, we offer a free demo, a sandbox, and a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Can I switch billing intervals?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. When changing intervals, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and can be cancelled with remaining time prorated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for subscription payments. Your customers pay through your connected POS/payment provider.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we refund you. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

What happens if I cancel?

Access ends at the end of your billing period. Your store, products, and data remain intact, but plan-specific features are disabled until you resubscribe.
