Getting started

What is FaStart?

FaStart is an AI-native e-commerce platform built for the Turkish market. From a single dashboard you build your online store, manage products, take payments, and hand orders to a carrier, with an AI assistant we call ALLY alongside you. Our goal is to make opening and running a store simple enough that it never needs a software team.

Is FaStart live yet, can I sign up today?

Major parts of the platform (the store editor, payments via iyzico, the shipping service, and the KVKK layer) are working, and you can see them in the demo. You can explore the demo and create your store today. Two things you can do today: explore the demo for free and get started. We never present something ready as unready, or something unready as ready.

How do I join and get access?

Get started; leaving your email is enough. Because we open access gradually, your place in line sets when you get in. We announce new features and product updates on the blog and by email.

Is there a demo I can try?

Yes. The demo is a preview over the real interface with sample data; you can see the store dashboard, the editor, and the order flow without creating an account. The data in the demo is sample data, not real customer information.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The store editor is visual and works by drag and drop; you pick a theme, arrange sections, and publish your content without writing code. If you are a developer, we plan to offer deeper customization later, but you need zero technical knowledge to start.

Pricing

What plans are there?

We plan four core plans: Basic, Grow, Advanced, and Scale. For large-scale and enterprise needs there is Ultra, arranged with our sales team. The plans are built so you can move up as your business grows. For current details, see the pricing page.

Is there a free trial?

Honest answer: billing and trial terms are published on the pricing page as they apply to each plan. Today, the way to try the platform for free is to explore the demo. When we finalize trial and plan terms, we announce them clearly on the site.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, our plan is to support moving up or down between plans. When your business grows you can move to a higher plan, and if your needs change you can move down. Exact switching rules and billing details firm up at launch.

Can I cancel anytime?

Because we are in pre-launch, paid billing has not started, so there is no subscription to cancel today. Our plan is a structure you can cancel anytime, with no long-term lock-in. Exact cancellation and billing rules will be written plainly at launch; we will not state a term we do not yet offer.

Which plan is right for me, and what about enterprise?

If you are just starting, Basic or Grow is enough in most cases; for rising order volume and more features there are Advanced and Scale. If you have high volume, custom integrations, or enterprise requirements, you can talk to our sales team under Ultra. If you are unsure, get started and we will point you to the right fit.

Features

What can the storefront and editor do?

The storefront and visual editor work today: you pick a theme, arrange sections, add your products, and publish your store without writing code. The storefront is built to be fast and mobile-friendly.

How do payments work?

The payments layer is live with iyzico; your customers pay securely by card. We focus on the payment flows commonly used in Turkey. We plan to expand coverage to additional payment methods and providers over time.

What about shipping?

The shipping service is live: you create a shipment from an order, store sender and recipient addresses in an address book, and track status. Carriers connect via integration rather than a fixed list, and it is built to work with Turkey's common carriers; coverage expands over time.

Can I customize themes and branding?

Yes. You pick a theme, adjust colors and sections to your brand, and manage your store's look from the editor. We continue to grow deeper, developer-level customization options on our roadmap.

What is live today versus on the roadmap?

Live today: the storefront and editor, payments via iyzico, the shipping service, and the KVKK layer. On the roadmap: marketplace integrations, e-invoicing, ad connections, and ALLY's deeper, autonomous (agentic) capabilities. We put an honest status label next to every feature; we never show something not-live as live.

Does my own domain work?

Yes. Your store publishes on your own address; you connect your brand's domain. The domain stays in your name, and your store runs under it.

Are hosting and SSL included?

Yes. Servers, the SSL certificate, and speed are our job. You do not need to buy separate hosting; your store is built to publish over a secure connection (https).

Are notifications sent when an order comes in?

When an order is placed, an order confirmation email goes to the customer and the order appears in your dashboard. Instant push notifications to your phone come with the native mobile app; that is on the roadmap. Today you see orders in the dashboard.

Where can I sell, which channels are there?

Live today: an online store on your own domain and manual orders from the dashboard. Early access: social selling for Instagram and WhatsApp. On the roadmap: marketplaces, Google and Meta ads, a buy button, and in-store POS. We mark every channel's status and detail plainly on the Ways to Sell page.

Turkey & compliance

Is FaStart KVKK compliant?

The KVKK and legal layer is one of the platform's live parts; we build it while observing the core requirements for processing personal data. Compliance is ongoing work: we update as regulation changes and state clearly what is ready and what is in development. Final responsibility for legal compliance sits with the business owner; we provide the infrastructure that makes it easier.

Do you support e-invoicing and e-archive?

E-invoicing and related document flows are on our roadmap; we do not offer a live e-invoicing integration today. We share this as an item we plan and are working on, not as a promise already delivered. When it goes live, we will announce it honestly.

Does it work with Turkish carriers and payments?

Yes. On payments, iyzico is live, and the shipping service is built to work with Turkey's common carriers via integration. FaStart was designed for the Turkey operation from the start; we treat local realities as the core, not a layer bolted on afterwards.

When does my money arrive?

Payments run through iyzico; the customer's money does not pass through us, it moves on the iyzico rail directly. The payout schedule to your account follows your iyzico account. For exact days and terms, see your iyzico account settings; we do not commit to a payout time ourselves.

Which currency do I sell in?

Today selling is in Turkish Lira (₺), and payment via iyzico works accordingly. Pricing in multiple currencies and international selling are on the roadmap; we will say so plainly when it is ready.

Are the product and support in Turkish?

Yes. FaStart is Turkish-first; the interface and content are prepared in Turkish, with English also available. On support, we communicate in Turkish first. Our goal is that a business selling in Turkey can work in its own language at every step.

AI & ALLY

What is ALLY?

ALLY is FaStart's AI assistant; the single face that stands beside you while you build and run your store. The idea is that a merchant can ask in natural language and get direction, without getting lost in complex menus. We design ALLY as one clear assistant, not a nameless pile of tools behind the scenes.

What can ALLY do today?

ALLY is in active development and early access. Its focus today is assistant work such as guiding store setup and helping with content and product copy. The deeper agentic capabilities, where ALLY runs actions autonomously on your behalf, are on the roadmap. As we take each capability live we mark it with an honest status label; we do not describe ALLY as doing something today that it does not.

What is AEO, and what does visibility in AI search mean?

AEO (answer-engine optimization) is about your store being found and correctly cited in AI search and answer tools. The FaStart storefront is built with foundations that make it easier for those tools to understand it: clean structure, structured data, and speed. This is not a ranking guarantee; it is a solid base so AI engines can understand your store better.

Is my data used to train AI?

We process your store and customer data to run your business, not as raw material to train a public model. We design AI features within KVKK and data-responsibility boundaries, and we document data-processing details openly as features mature. If you have specific questions here, write to us.

Migration

Can I move from another platform?

Our goal is to make switching as painless as possible. Today you can build your store and catalog in the dashboard; guided import tools and direct connectors for moving content from another platform or a marketplace are on our roadmap. When you get started, our team helps you through your migration.

How do I import my products?

You can add and edit your products in the dashboard. Bulk import (for example via a spreadsheet or CSV) and automatic transfer from your existing store are areas we are building. If your catalog migration is large, we support you by hand through this step during onboarding; we will not leave you on your own.

How does FaStart compare to what I use now?

On our comparison page we place FaStart side by side with the options and state honestly what is live today and what is on the roadmap. If you want a detailed look at what the product does, you can also browse our product pages. We prefer to explain by showing our real capabilities, not by naming competitors.

Support

How do I reach you?

You can write to us from our contact page; we gather questions there. You can also reach us by email for important updates and answers. Send your question clearly and we will route it to the right person.

What languages do you support?

Turkish first, and English as well. Because FaStart is designed for Turkey, our primary support language is Turkish; we also handle communication in English.

How fast will you respond?

Let us be honest: because we are in pre-launch, we do not commit to a contractual response time (SLA). We read messages regularly and try to reply within a reasonable time. At launch we will clarify plan-based support levels; we will not write up a guarantee we do not yet offer.

Is there documentation or help while I explore?

This FAQ page is your first stop; we answer the most common questions here honestly. Our product pages show what each capability does and its status (live, configurable, early access, or roadmap). If you cannot find what you need, ask via the contact page and we will add it.

Have a question? Never hesitate to ask.

If the answer you need isn't here, write to us from the contact page or get started; we'll come back with an honest reply.

Ready when you are.

See FaStart yourself in the demo, then get started; be the first to know at launch.
