Fraud ProtectionOn the roadmap

Don't let fraud eat your margin.

The fraud protection we're planning scores every order, flags the high-risk ones for review, and combines address, payment, and behavior signals. It isn't live yet; this page previews the vision. Card security, though, is real today.

Risk score

One risk read on every order.

Early warning

Risky orders surface before they ship.

ALLY review

AI summarizes the flagged order.

Card security today

Payment security is real today via PCI-compliant providers.

FaStart's fraud-protection engine is on the roadmap; it is not live yet, and this page previews the vision we're planning. The goal is to keep chargebacks and risky orders from costing you: every order gets a risk score, high-risk orders are flagged for review, address, payment, and behavior signals are combined, and our AI focus ALLY assists the review. Card and payment security, via PCI-compliant providers, is real today.

The planned risk engine

Catch risky orders before they cost you

Everything below is on the roadmap and clearly labeled as such. When a capability goes live, we'll say so honestly; we never present something as available before it is.

Roadmap

Per-order risk score

Every order gets a single low-to-high risk score, so your team sees where to look at a glance.

Roadmap

Automatic flagging

High-risk orders above the threshold you set are flagged for review automatically, before they ship.

Roadmap

Combined signals

Address, payment, and behavior signals combine in one view, so the call rests on the whole picture, not a single clue.

Roadmap

Review with ALLY

Our AI focus, ALLY, summarizes a flagged order, explains why it carries risk, and suggests a next step, with the final call staying yours.

Roadmap

Hold-or-cancel rules

Automatically hold, route to review, or cancel risky orders on rules you set, without wrongly blocking legitimate orders.

Roadmap

Chargeback records

Keep chargebacks and disputes tied to the order, so you can see over time which signals turn into real loss.

Roadmap

Allow and block lists

Pass the customers you trust and block known-bad ones, so the rule base adapts to your operation over time.

Roadmap

Review queue

Flagged orders gather in one queue, with team notes recording who looked and what was decided.

Live

Real today: payment security

While the risk engine is on the roadmap, card and payment security is real today: payments run through PCI-compliant providers and card data stays inside their secure infrastructure.

Explore payments

Not every order is revenue. Some are a cost.

In our plan, fraud protection is about surfacing risky orders early and keeping chargebacks from eating your margin.

Frequently asked questions

Is fraud protection live right now?

No. The fraud-protection engine, including risk scoring, automatic flagging, and review rules, is on the roadmap, and this page previews the vision we're planning. When a capability goes live, we'll say so plainly; we don't present something as available before it is. What is real today is card and payment security via PCI-compliant providers.

What is in place for payment security today?

Payments and card data are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers, and card details stay within their secure infrastructure. That is real today and works independently of the fraud risk engine. See the Payments page for details.

Will the risk score cancel orders automatically?

The plan is to keep the decision yours. Rules can hold an order or route it to review; automatic cancellation only kicks in on thresholds you define and when you choose. The aim is to reduce risk without wrongly blocking legitimate orders.

Does ALLY see my orders?

In its planned role, ALLY is an assistant that summarizes a flagged order and explains why it carries risk; it does not make the decision for you. This capability is on the roadmap. ALLY is FaStart's single public AI focus, and risk review is a natural fit for it.

Which signals will you use?

The plan is to combine signals such as address consistency, payment behavior, and behavior during the order. We will firm up the exact signal list and weights responsibly as we work with real data. Rather than promise a fixed list, we will share exactly what is used, honestly, when it goes live.

Will this eliminate chargebacks entirely?

No, and we will not claim otherwise. No system prevents every chargeback. The goal is to surface high-risk orders early, speed up your decisions, and learn over time which signals turn into real loss. We aim for a measurable reduction, not unrealistic guarantees.

Be first to know when it ships.

The fraud-protection engine is on the roadmap; we'll let you know when it's ready. See the payment security that is live today in the demo, then get started.
