Service Fee Terms

These Service Fee Terms govern the fees, commission rates and payment conditions for the SaaS e-commerce platform services provided by FaStart Teknoloji A.S. ('FaStart' or the 'Company') at www.fastart.co. All Sellers who register on the FaStart platform and create their own online store accept these terms and benefit from the platform services accordingly.

FaStart offers the following subscription plans tailored to sellers' needs. Subscription fees are charged monthly from the credit card registered to the seller's account.

FaStart charges a flat-rate commission on successful sales made through the seller's own store. The commission rate is determined by the seller's active subscription plan and does not vary by product category. All stated commission rates are inclusive of VAT.

Buyers pay the seller directly through the seller's own connected payment processor (POS). FaStart does not collect payment from buyers. The commission fee is not deducted from the sale amount; instead, it is charged separately from the credit card registered to the seller's FaStart account.

Subscription Fee

The monthly subscription fee (₺2,999 for the Pro plan) is automatically charged from the credit card registered to the seller's FaStart account at each billing cycle. No subscription fee is charged to Free plan users.

Commission Billing

Commission fees are calculated on successful sales and accumulated over time. Once the accumulated commission reaches a certain threshold, it is charged from the seller's registered credit card. FaStart reserves the right to set and update this threshold amount within reasonable limits.

Payment Method

Both subscription fees and commission fees are collected via the credit card registered to the seller's FaStart account. The seller is responsible for maintaining a valid credit card with sufficient funds on their account. FaStart reserves the right to temporarily suspend store services in the event of outdated card information or payment failure.

Order Refunds

Commission fees associated with refunded orders are credited back at the next commission billing cycle. The adjustment is processed automatically once the refund is finalized.

Subscription Cancellation

Sellers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, at which point the account reverts to the Free plan. No refund is issued for the remaining portion of the cancelled billing period. Any accumulated and uncollected commission fees will be charged from the seller's credit card regardless of cancellation.

FaStart reserves the right to modify commission rates, subscription fees and other service charges. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 (thirty) days before taking effect via the seller dashboard and the registered email address. Sellers who do not accept the changes may cancel their subscription within the notice period.

Turkish law shall apply to the implementation, interpretation and management of legal relations arising under these Service Fee Terms. The courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms.

These Service Fee Terms shall take effect on 23/02/2026 and shall be valid for all sellers as of that date.
