Prohibited Products

All Sellers who open a store on the FaStart platform agree and undertake not to offer for sale the products and services listed below. FaStart Teknoloji A.S. ('FaStart') reserves the right to unilaterally update this list. Upon detection of prohibited product sales, FaStart is authorized to take any measure including membership termination.

• Content that does not fall within goods or services
• Products used as a front
• Deliberately misleading product listings

• Sales of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, etc.
• Data and virtual currency mining systems
• Pyramid sales models
• Credit allocation or allocation commitments
• Securities traded on exchanges
• Crowdfunding calls and donation collection

• Minute package sales
• SMS package sales
• Internet package sales
• Prepaid/top-up sales

• Products claimed to be beneficial to human health
• Products claimed to be effective against diseases
• Products promising protection
• Products claiming to cure or treat

• Prescription medicines
• All prescription/non-prescription medicines
• Food supplements and vitamins
• Prescription glasses and lenses
• Hearing aids

• Blank, air and pump-action guns
• Pepper spray and electric shock devices
• Military munitions (bullets, grenades)
• Explosives
• Bladed and pointed weapons (switchblades, swords)
• Gun-making materials

• Artifacts without classification/registration certificates
• State Medal of Honor
• State Orders
• Order of the Republic
• Orders of Merit

• Tobacco and tobacco products
• Cigarettes and cigars
• Electronic cigarettes
• E-cigarette cartridges
• All alcoholic beverages

• Illegal natural/chemical substances
• Narcotic and stimulant substances
• Addictive substances
• Paraphernalia

Organ and Animal Sales

• Sale of humans, human organs and body parts
• Sale of blood, bone, sperm and similar materials
• Sale of any animals, including pets

Pirated and Counterfeit Products

• Unbanderolled audio/video media under Copyright Law No. 5846
• Products infringing design, trademark or patent rights
• Illegally manufactured products
• IPTV systems and services

Adult Content and Products

• Adult fantasy products in any format
• Pornographic publications (VCD, DVD, magazine, book)
• Child pornography or inappropriate child imagery
• Products labeled '18+'

Service Restrictions

• Matchmaking services and dating site memberships
• Tourism and trip services (excluding concert/theater)
• Any vehicle rental services
• Games of chance tickets and coupons

The sale of food and beverage items is not prohibited on FaStart. However, the Seller is responsible for ensuring that food and beverages offered for sale are presented in a manner that preserves freshness and delivered in a way that does not endanger Buyers' health.

Direct shipping by manufacturers and/or wholesalers to end users (dropshipping) is not prohibited on FaStart. However, FaStart reserves the right to impose additional obligations on Sellers for such sales.

• Temporarily suspend account
• Block payments

Permanent Actions

• Permanently terminate membership
• Initiate legal proceedings
• Notify relevant authorities
