Pre-Information Form

This Pre-Information Form has been prepared pursuant to Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the purpose of informing the consumer before a distance sales contract is concluded. The information below is dynamically populated at the time of the transaction.

FaStart is an intermediary service provider offering e-commerce platform services to sellers. Payment processing is handled through the seller's own POS integration; FaStart does not collect payments from buyers.

Withdrawal Period

For distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without stating any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Notice of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised via the 'Request / Complaint' form on the FaStart platform or by contacting the seller directly. It is sufficient for the notice to reach the seller within the prescribed period.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• For products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, the packaging must remain unopened.
• The product must be returned together with its invoice and warranty documents, if any.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the seller unless otherwise agreed.

Withdrawal Exceptions

• Goods or services the price of which varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets
• Goods produced according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized needs
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Goods whose protective packaging (seal, tape, wrapping) has been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons
• Goods that become mixed with other items after delivery and cannot be separated by nature
• Books, digital content and computer consumables delivered on physical media where packaging has been opened after delivery
• Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines provided under a subscription
• Contracts for accommodation, transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities that must take place on a specific date or period
• Services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly
• Services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires

Payment for the purchase is processed through the seller's own POS integration. FaStart does not store or process credit card information for purchases. For detailed payment security information, the terms of the seller's payment service provider apply.

This sale is conducted through the e-commerce platform at www.fastart.co operated by FaStart Teknoloji A.S. FaStart acts as an intermediary service provider within the scope of the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563.

• Consumer Arbitration Committees: Consumers may apply for disputes up to the monetary thresholds determined annually by the Ministry.
