Listing Rules

All Sellers listing products on the FaStart platform are required to comply with the rules below. FaStart Teknoloji A.S. ('FaStart') reserves the right to update these rules unilaterally. If a listing is found to violate these rules, FaStart is authorized to take any action including listing removal, account suspension and membership termination.

Only the sale and promotion of the specific product may appear on a page dedicated to that product. Sales or promotion of other goods and services may not be conducted on that page.

• Product titles, descriptions and images must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Misleading or exaggerated claims in descriptions are not permitted.
• Products must be listed in the correct category per the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
• Size, dimensions, weight, color and technical specifications must be clearly stated.
• Product images must reflect reality and must not mislead the buyer.

Prices must be stated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and the VAT-inclusive/exclusive status must be clearly indicated. Hidden fees are not permitted. Shipping costs must be clearly stated on the product page. Payment is processed through the Seller's own POS integration (iyzico, Stripe, etc.); FaStart does not collect payments.

• Posting search or barter listings on FaStart is prohibited.
• Using keywords, brand names or model names unrelated to the product is prohibited.
• Entering repetitive or irrelevant content solely to attract attention or manipulate search rankings is prohibited.
• Providing false stock information or displaying fake inventory is prohibited.
• Publishing fake, purchased or artificial reviews and ratings is prohibited.
• Disparaging other Sellers or using defamatory language about their products is prohibited.

• Product images must be original; copying or using other Sellers' photos with minor changes is prohibited.
• Images containing watermarks from other platforms may not be used.
• Images must be of sufficient resolution, clear and accurately representative of the product.

• Product descriptions containing scientifically unproven health or treatment claims are prohibited.
• Health claims that violate Advertising Board guidelines are not permitted.
• Misleading, deceptive or incomplete information that may endanger public health may not be published.

Second-hand products must be listed in the dedicated second-hand sales category on the platform. The condition of the product (degree of use, defects, missing parts) must be clearly described.

Products that infringe copyright, counterfeit or imitation goods may not be listed on FaStart. All listings must comply with the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 (FSEK). The Seller warrants that all listed content does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

• Profanity, slang or coarse expressions in product titles, descriptions and categories are prohibited.
• Hate speech, discrimination or language inciting violence is strictly prohibited.
• Insulting, threatening or harassing language directed at other users is not permitted.
• All listings must use professional and respectful language.

• Removal of listings found to be in violation
• Temporary account suspension for repeated violations
• Permanent membership termination for severe or persistent violations
• Initiation of legal proceedings where necessary
• Sanctions are applied on a graduated basis; direct permanent sanctions may be imposed depending on severity.

These Listing Rules took effect on 23/02/2026 and are valid for all Sellers as of that date. Changes to the rules will be communicated at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance via the Seller dashboard and/or email.
