By visiting, using or receiving services through the FaStart website (www.fastart.co) and its associated sub-domains (including myfastart.co), you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Legal Notices & Disclaimers in full.

FaStart Teknoloji A.S. ('FaStart') operates as an intermediary service provider (araci hizmet saglayici) under the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563. FaStart is a SaaS e-commerce platform that provides sellers with the infrastructure to create and manage online stores; it is not a party to the direct commercial relationship between buyers and sellers.

Services Provided by FaStart:

• Online store hosting and sub-domain (store.myfastart.co)
• Seller admin panel (product, order, customer management)
• Theme system and store customization tools
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• Third-party POS, shipping and marketplace integrations
• Email and SMS automation tools
• Support services

Services NOT Provided / Assumed by FaStart:

• Does not sell products and is not a party to product sales
• Does not provide payment processing or payment intermediary services
• Does not provide shipping or logistics services
• Does not guarantee product quality, safety or regulatory compliance
• Does not act as agent or representative on behalf of buyers

Product information, images, descriptions and other store content uploaded to FaStart by sellers is solely the responsibility of the respective seller. Content created by buyers (reviews, ratings, etc.) is the responsibility of the respective buyer.

FaStart acts as a host provider (yer saglayici) under the Law No. 5651. FaStart is not obligated to pre-screen content uploaded to the platform; however, it reserves the right to remove unlawful content upon proper notification.

All activities of sellers and buyers on FaStart must comply with applicable legislation. Liability for content that constitutes a criminal offence or is otherwise unlawful rests with the person who uploaded such content.

All products and services offered for sale in stores on FaStart are listed by the respective seller; the quality, safety, accuracy of descriptions, regulatory compliance and legal liability of such products rest exclusively with the seller.

FaStart does not verify or warrant the claimed characteristics, quality or legal compliance of products offered by sellers.

Disputes between buyers and sellers arising from products are resolved directly between the parties; FaStart is not a party to such disputes.

Buyers make payments for purchases from a seller's store directly through the third-party POS provider connected by the seller (e.g. iyzico, Stripe). FaStart does not collect payments from buyers and is not involved in the payment processing flow.

Disputes relating to POS services are resolved between the seller and the relevant POS provider; FaStart is not a party to that relationship.

FaStart may provide links or redirects to third-party websites through the platform. The presence of such links does not imply that the linked sites are endorsed, supported or supervised by FaStart. FaStart assumes no responsibility for content accessed through external links.

Intellectual property rights to the software code, database, interface design (UI/UX), graphics, logos, theme system and all original content of the FaStart platform belong to FaStart Teknoloji A.S. and/or are used by the Company under legally valid licenses.

Intellectual property infringement notices may be submitted to legal@fastart.co.

Personal data relating to sellers and buyers is processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK). For details on data processing conditions, data subject rights and further information, please refer to our KVKK Privacy Notice (/policies/kvkk).

FaStart undertakes not to share personal data with unrelated third parties.

FaStart takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure platform security. Notwithstanding all measures taken, FaStart cannot be held liable for data loss, data leakage or service interruptions arising from internal or external cyber attacks on the platform.

FaStart reserves the right to update these Legal Notices & Disclaimers as it deems necessary. Changes will be announced at least thirty (30) days before taking effect via the Seller Panel and/or email. Continued use of the platform after the announcement date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

FaStart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.

FaStart's total liability under these Legal Notices & Disclaimers shall in all circumstances be limited to the total service fees paid by the relevant user to FaStart in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

These Legal Notices & Disclaimers entered into force on 23/02/2026 and are applicable to all visitors, sellers and buyers as of said date.
