1. Introduction
FaStart Teknoloji A.S. ('FaStart') is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides e-commerce infrastructure to sellers. FaStart enables sellers to set up their own online stores, list their products, and manage their orders. Product delivery is entirely the seller's responsibility. FaStart is an intermediary service provider that facilitates the connection between sellers and buyers.
