Sell in person, synced with online
FaStart is built online-first; in-person selling is being designed to meet online in one unified view. Point of Sale is planned so you can run the sale at the counter on the same catalog, inventory, and customer data.
On the roadmap
RoadmapWe're building this capability. The interface and flow are designed exactly as described here; live functionality switches on once the backend is connected.
FaStart Point of Sale is a roadmap surface for in-person retail — a POS app, one shared catalog and inventory across online and offline, in-store checkout, staff roles, receipts, and returns. It is not live yet. Today FaStart is online-first: the storefront and editor UI are live, iyzico card payments and refunds run live, and shipping is managed via carrier integration. Sell online now; unified in-store POS is on the roadmap. FaStart is built at GTÜ Teknopark, scales on AWS, and develops its AI with NVIDIA Inception.
One system, online and in store
Point of Sale is being designed so you can run in-store selling on the same core as your online store. The capabilities below are on the roadmap.
POS app
Designed as a point-of-sale app to close sales at the counter, at pop-ups, and at events.
One catalog & inventory
Designed so online and offline sales share a single catalog and inventory pool — no double entry.
In-store checkout
Designed for a fast checkout flow at the counter; orders collect in the same place as online orders.
Staff roles
Designed for staff permissions and roles to control what employees can access.
Receipts
Designed for printed and digital receipts, with every sale matched to its online order record.
Returns
Designed to handle returns and exchanges at the counter for orders placed in store or online.
One back office, online and in store
Point of Sale is being designed so you manage orders, customers, and reporting in one place — across all your selling, online and in person. Sales from every channel flow into the same dashboard.
- Every channel from one dashboard
- One customer record, online and in store
- Unified order and sales reporting
Inventory that stays in sync
Designed so when an item sells at the counter, online stock updates too — removing overselling and manual reconciliation. A single source of stock feeds both channels.
- Single source of stock, in real time
- Stock visibility across locations
- Prevent overselling
How Point of Sale will work
It is being designed to set up in three steps, built on the core of your online store.
- 01
Connect
You connect to your existing FaStart store; POS is designed to read the same catalog, inventory, and customer data.
- 02
Sell at the counter
You close in-person sales with the POS app; each sale is designed to collect in the same place as online orders.
- 03
Stay in sync
Inventory, orders, and customers stay in sync across channels; designed for you to manage from one back office.
