FaStart's email & SMS automation is on the roadmap. The plan: trigger-based flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, back-in-stock, birthday), behavioral segments that target the right buyer, and email + SMS combined in one flow via Turkish SMS gateways (Netgsm, iletimerkezi). Everything is designed around KVKK-first consent. No flows send live yet — the interface and logic described here switch on once the backend is connected. Today, live marketing surfaces (storefront, discounts, the editor) ship under FaStart Marketing.

How a flow works

How are my data and customer consent handled?
